Keeping The Knowledge / Losing the Baggage

Friends, my old Blog, 'The View From The Cheap Seats' had a humungous load of baggage after more than a decade of nearly continuos posting. Today I keep the hard won knowledge of how to run a blog and throw away the garbage.

Sorting Time

In days past, I thought of using WordPress for this blog. But WP have become greedy and in my opinion dishonest. I have no desire to let a company that uses the old bait and switch hustle make money off of my efforts. So, I have decided to begin my new blog on Blogger.com. An old and trusted platform that works well.


I still have a bit of work ahead of me to get this blog to look the way I want it to. Which means my first letter is going to be a rather short letter.
